How do I return?
For all returns and exchanges, kindly email us at returns@birdsonbikes.com.au, providing us with your name and order number, if available. In addition, kindly let us know the reason for returning or exchanging the item. Upon approval of your request, we will promptly provide you with shipping details. Expect a quick response from us.
Which products are eligible for returns?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in unused, resellable condition and are in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Which items are not eligible for a refund?
The following items fall under this category:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- Sale or Clearance items.
The item I received is damaged!
In the unfortunate event that the item you have received is damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us. Rest assured, we will promptly replace the faulty product. It is important to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date in order for us to properly address and rectify the issue.
Can the items be exchanged?
Absolutely! Our policy permits the exchange of purchased items for alternative options. Once the exchange request has been given the green light, we will promptly ship the replacement item to you.
What are the refund options?
We offer two options for refunds, including refunding to the original payment method or to store credit if applicable. To initiate the return process, refer to the email you received and follow the instructions provided for shipping the returned items.
How soon will I get my refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund request. The email will also indicate whether your request has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund request will be processed within 1 - 2 working days.
