Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Please allow for 3-5 business days for orders to be dispatched.
  • We use Australian Registered Post for all orders within Australia.
  • Free standard shipping across Australia
  • For Express Delivery we charge a flat rate of $20.00

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • Shipping to any international address is a flat rate of $35 for any order under 1.5 kgs. We will assess the weight of your order and if it is above 1.5 kg we will contact you and give you a quote for the additional postage. Orders are sent via regular post with a tracking number. Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days depending on your location.

TRACKING

  • All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times. Simply visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number to find out the status of your parcel.

DUTIES AND TAXES
When orders shipped internationally to reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

Unfortunately, KNOT A LABEL cannot be held responsible for any possible customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by KNOT A LABEL are a best estimate only and KNOT A LABEL will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS
Online Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been received. Email Us to inform us of the  We will email you once the refund has been processed. Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Knot a Label is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because you change your mind and retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition.

Cost of delivery will not be refunded.

All postage costs for online returns must be covered by the customer except when the item is faulty. A refund or postage label will be issued for the cost of freight should the product be assessed as faulty.

SALE ITEMS
We happily accept returns for Online sale items. On return of the item, a Credit Note is issued for the product purchase price which can be used to put towards a purchase at a later date. Only credit notes are issued for the return of sale items - no refunds. Postage is non-refundable.

FINAL SALE Knot A Label does not accept returns of final sale items. This includes items purchased with a further discount or items marked as final sales.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer refunds for international orders, but we do offer exchanges or credit notes. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an international order, you must still follow the above conditions.

If you wish to return your online purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your online order.
