Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Holly Wilde's Warehouse in Gold Coast, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm AEST). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
All orders placed within Australia are shipped with Australia Post for a fee of $10.
Delivery timeframe is 2-6 business days.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We allow free returns in exchange for store credit. To lodge a return for a store credit please do so by emailing hello@hollywilde.com. Once the return has been lodged, we will send you an email containing the credit note.
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes for a store credit.Â
You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
A return label will be emailed to you, which can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to drop at your local post office.
Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Holly Wilde is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.
