The Phoebe Dress features 3/4 sleeves gathered with elastic just above the hem, to create a frill. She has a small amount of gathering above the bust. The bodice is cut with a slight A-line shape which finishes with a slight curved hem at knee length. All Dare Darla dresses have pockets in the side seams, with our signature curved opening detail.

Phoebe pulls straight on over your head (no zip or button opening needed), is made to be a over-sized fit and super comfortable to wear. She will be your go-to for all occasions.

This garment is made by hand in New Zealand. By either myself or my amazing team.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your dress to be made before it is shipped.

Care:

Please wash your handmade garment with care. Cold hand wash separately in mild detergent, cold rinse, gentle spin cycle. Dry on coat hanger in shade. Do not bleach, soak, rub or tumble dry. Warm iron on wrong side. Dry cleanable.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping time within NZ is approx 2-3 days, and 2-3 weeks outside of NZ. Please consider holiday times are longer.

Standard NZ shipping is tracked courier, you will receive your tracking number once shipping has been confirmed.

If you would like your parcel tracked outside of New Zealand, then you need to pay for international courier.

I will ship your purchase to the address registered unless asked otherwise.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at darla.clements@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know a return address to send your item to. Please note shipping costs for a returned item is to be paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
