Shipping Policy

Methods

We offer the following shipping options via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Cost

Free Shipping: When you spend over $100.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100
Express Shipping: Flat rate of $12 for all orders.

*Prices are all in AUD and for shipping in Australia*

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia using Australia Post.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Track Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or through Australia Post’s website.

Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Pre-sale

  • All pre-sale items will be shipped the day after the pre-sale ends.
  • If you purchase both pre-sale items and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-sale ends. This ensures you only pay for shipping once. Please allow for processing time once the pre-sale concludes.
  • If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-sale and in-stock items.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
  1. Contact Us
    Complete the “Return Form”.
  2. Return Approval
    Once your return is approved, we will organise a way for you to return the products as well as instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping
    We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. You’ll receive a QR code, once received you can get the return shipping label at your local post office and ship the package off. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@neeshaustralia.co and we will organise where you should post the item.
