We value each of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase from FlightWear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to exchange for another item, receive store credit with no expiry date or receive a refund. Please read the below to ensure your item/s meets our return conditions.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained and/or damaged during the try-on process. All tags and packaging must remain in place.
- We accept returns within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or refund (unless they are marked SALE or FINAL SALE or otherwise specified under our conditions below).
- The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been received by the warehouse. When items are received by FlightWear, garments will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification on your exchange or refund status once it is processed.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Please note that exchange and refund requests are accepted (upon approval) for full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
PROMOTIONS & SALE ITEM
Items purchased online from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment with detailed information to hello@flightwear.com.au for consideration. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, including a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on available inventory. We have a 30-day faulty claim period for all our garments ~ Please note that this excludes general wear and tear.
We will only refund shipping charges if your items are deemed faulty. Exchanges will be resent at the customer's cost. FlightWear is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
