Who do I talk to if I have a problem?
If your issue has to do with the purchase of an item from a designer, then contact the designer. Which can be done using the steps below:
In the first instance, contact the designer. This can be done my clicking “Designers” on the top navigation bar, clicking on the designer whose item you purchased and clicking “Enquiry” at the top of their designer page.
If your issue has to do with the website, a designer not responding to your message, or general enquiries then contact us at Know My Fit
If your issue revolves around the website, a general inquiry, your query to the designer not being resolved within a timely period, or you have not received confirmation that the designer has received your enquiry then contact us at hello@knowmyfit.com.au.
What are the returns/refund policies for Know My Fit?
Each designer has their own policies around refunds, returns, and exchanges. It is up to you, the customer, to have read and understood the policies of the store that you are purchasing from. The store policies can be found by navigating to “Designers” on the top navigation bar, clicking on the designer whose item you wish to purchase and navigating to “Policies”.
How long will my item take to arrive?
Arrival times depend on the designer and the product purchased. Some products are Made to Order and so can take a few weeks to create and ship. Others are pre-made and stocked and are available for shipping straight away. Details on how long the product will take to arrive is listed on each product.
Are the products being sold through Know My Fit sustainably sourced and produced?
We do not discourage brands from partnering with Know My Fit based on their commitment to sustainability. We do however, promote openness around brands sustainability and ethical practices so that customers are aware of where they are buying their items from and can choose whether or not to support brands based on their ethics.

Welcome to Know My Fit. If you're an Australian fashion designer wondering how collaborating with us works, then you're in the right place!
What are the details of becoming a Designer on Know My Fit?
- We upload 8 of your selected products, for no cost to you. There is no cost to have your products listed on the Know My Fit website.
- For any sales that you make through the Know My Fit website, we take a 10% commission, which means that we only benefit when you do.
- You are responsible for filling customer orders, and we don’t have any influence over how you do that.
- You can leave at any time. Follow the details in the “Disabling account” section.
- We do some social media marketing for you but you are encouraged to maintain your own social media presence.
How do I become a Know My Fit designer?
- Go onto the Know My Fit website using the link below: (https://knowmyfit.wheelsqueue.com/vendor-register/)
- Input your business name, email and password, and click “Register”.
- Follow the following prompts to finalise your account.
NOTE: Make sure you select a shipping method otherwise customers cannot purchase your products! Check out the Shipping section below for more info.
How do I get my products listed on the website?
- Once you’ve created your designer account, email hello@knowmyfit.com.au with the 8 products that you want uploaded to your store.
NOTE: 1 product can have multiple colours/patterns associated. So please send 8 unique products, if you have them.

What if I decide later that this isn’t for me?
If you decide that this arrangement is no longer working for your business, you are more than welcome to leave. Please email hello@knowmyfit.com.au and we will arrange the disabling of your account.
How is inventory managed?
It is the designers job to manage inventory for the products in their Know My Fit storefront.
Can I link my Shopify/Etsy inventory manager to Know My Fit?
We do not currently have an integration between Shopify or Etsy to make managing inventory easier. It is currently a manual process, with plans to automate in the future.
How do I manage my inventory?
Inventory can be managed very easily through the stock manager on the Know My Fit website.
- Go to “My Store”.
- Click on “Products” on the left-hand side of the page
- At the top of the products section there is a stack image. If you hover over the icons it will say “Stock Manager”.
- Within the Stock Manager menu it will show every size listed for every product, you can change the quantity and stock status within this menu.
How will I be notified when an order is placed?
The email address associated with your Know My Fit storefront will receive an email with the details of the order, including the customers shipping and billing address, and items ordered.
What do I do when I receive an order?
Process the order as you usually would, once you’ve completed the order, login to your Know My Fit account and navigate to your “Notification Board” in the top right corner of your store. Select the order and change the “Order Ststaus” to “Completed”. This will automatically transfer the payment to your nominated account.
How often do I get paid?
Payment is automatic, once the order has been marked as “Complete” the payment will be transferred less the 10% commission that Know My Fit takes.
What payment details do you require?
We use your Stripe/Paypal account to transfer payments, this allows us to make payment automatic once an order is completed and makes transactions more secure.
Do I have to list my products at the same price that I have them listed on other sites?
The price of the product being sold is completely up to the designer. If they have the same item being sold on another site and wish to charge more/less than the value of that product they are able to.
Where do you get the product information from?
We use the information included in the product listing on your website to collect the information we need to list your products on the Know My Fit website.
Do I need to have a website to become a Designer on Know My Fit?
Not at all. As long as you’ve got products you’re able to sell and the details of those products including a description, sizing chart and images, then you can become a Designer with us.
Each designer will have their own refunds and returns policy. It is up to the customer to read the designers policy before purchasing a product.
How do I set up shipping on my account?
- First login to your account and once again navigate to “My Store” (as above). Click “Settings” on the left column, and then click on “Shipping”.
- Tick the “Enable Shipping” box, adjust your “Processing Time” to reflect how long supply will take, click on the “Shipping Type” drop down and select “Shipping by Zone”.
- Here is an example of how to set it up if you want to charge a $10 flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $200:


Note: Once you have made any changes please make sure to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
Who gets shipping costs?
Shipping costs go to the designer. So that the item can be shipped to the customer.
Should a customer order two items from different designers, each designer receives the shipping fee stipulated in their “Shipping” tab.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated on a per product basis and combined at checkout to provide a total shipping cost.
When a customer purchases multiple items from different designers, shipping costs from all products purchased are added to the final cost of the products being purchased, and the shipping costs associated with each purchased product are sent to each designer respectively.
Where are the products shipped from?
Know My Fit does not handle any stock. So products are shipped from wherever the designer manufactures their products.
